- Tetra Tray
Tetra Trays usually consist of only one piece of board in flat form. All flaps are folded and glued on the automated packaging lines to safeguard the product from damage

How do we make this product
Tetra trays, commonly known as Tetra Pak trays, are part of the Tetra Pak family of packaging solutions that primarily focus on safe, efficient, and environmentally-friendly packaging for liquid foods, such as milk, juice, and other beverages. Tetra trays, though less common than the classic Tetra Pak cartons, are used for various packaging applications where durability, shelf life, and product safety are important.
Die-Cutting Process
Once printed, the sheets are cut and creased using a die-cutting machine to form the exact shapes needed for Tetra trays.
Folding and Forming
After die-cutting, the tray sheets are folded along the creased lines to shape the tray’s base, sides, and any other structural elements
Quality Control
Each Tetra tray goes through a quality inspection to ensure there are no leaks, weak seals, or misalignments.
Printing and Branding
Printing is done in high-quality that adhere well to the laminated surface and maintain clarity throughout the product’s shelf life.
