Regular Slotted Containers (RSC) are one of the most common types of corrugated boxes. They have four flaps on the top and bottom, and the outer flaps meet at the center when folded, making them easy to close and seal. RSC boxes are widely used for shipping and packaging purposes and are suitable for various products due to their versatility and ease of assembly

How do we make This Product
Regular Slotted Containers (RSC) are among the most widely used types of cardboard boxes due to their efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of assembly. Here’s a guide on how to make RSCs:
Die-Cutting Process
Each sheet will have four flaps of equal length on the top and bottom. These flaps will meet at the center, which helps distribute the weight evenly
Folding and Gluing
Fold the box to adhere, forming the box shape. this is done with high-speed gluing machines. In smaller setups, glue tape may be used manually.
Designing the Box
Determine the dimensions (length, width, height) based on the product size. In an RSC, all flaps are the same length and meet in the center of the box
Material Selection
Choose the appropriate board based on the required product weight. Single-wall corrugated boards are common for lightweight items
